Watch out for those gang members that are wearing the tan paint and blue tee-shirts. They will make those so called stop with good local citizen's and ticket you for something even if you are not the gangster they are looking for. Just to cover their A$$ for harassment charges. It looks like in Kansas and Ark City we can only move when told and dress how you are told and considered to be something you are not at someone elses frme of mind. ONLY IN AMERICA

THANK GOD FOR CONCEAL CARRY gotta protect yourselves AT ALL COST!!!

Well the police from Ark City and Winfield seem to think there are gangs now. A year ago almost any police man would tell you their aren't any gangs around. Could they be making up stories now? (Sarcasim intended!)

The police that were on the force last year are not here this year and that is more than because they may have not agreed on who is or what is a gang member. Anyways in our community how can tell who would be part of the Arian Nation with there special reqiurements for members?weirdface

They are the south side Sureno's. The 13 symbol shows they pledge alliance to the mexican mafia. Pictures on http://acflipside.blogspot.com .

Just found it myself and ran down there with my camera.

It's kids "tagging". I'd be surprised if they were older than 15.
Tagging is real popular with the skateboard kids. It makes them cool. (In their minds)

Actually the sarcasim I was talking about was not intended for the police officers, it is for the ones on this forum that don't think their are any gang members around even though both departments are saying their is. My husband and I were specifically told by several officers last year, that their is no gang members here and the same ones that said that are still on the force. I am glad they are realizing that now. Whether they are trying- to -be's or the already real ones, it should be a cause for concern. If they are kids, only time will tell. When they turn adults, will they still be doing the same thing?

Probably not. They will be shoplifting beer and cooking meth.

They will put the graffiti behind them. It's kid's stuff.
