Yes , that is right to a degree, clarification can lead to an mutual understanding if the parties involved wnat to agree that both sides are right. But you have to get them to agree first and therin lies the problem with that. And Justification has the same problem in tthat someone has to be big enough to admit they are wrong and to many people have that problem. But in the end God will know our motives and judge a person by the heart and our doings and how well people get along together, be them right or wrong understanding or not ! So writing can sometimes just be a form of stress relief and sometimes just to get your point out . It is, writing sometimes just to throw another thing in for someone to consider while forming an opinion.
Anyone who says he or she is religious is a hypocrite. I believe in God and Jesus and I believe that They live in our hearts, not in anyone`s church building. Look around you... the ones who claim to be religious are generally the ones that don`t practice what they preach. Leave everyone alone, keep thy religion to thyself. The religious right is a very dangerous force in our nation. Between them and the liberal left, everyone else is stuck in the middle. Different circumstances, but the same thing happened in 1861.
It's refreshing to see there are some who don't follow the currently popular "I'm more Christian than you" mantra. I too believe in God and Jesus and I know that THEY know it. I wonder who those that make a big public spectical out of being a "Christian" are trying to convince? God already knows.
Wow... I didn't expect anyone to agree with me. What do I do now?
open your eyes and know that you are not sleeping and know this just because they agree does not mean they will stand beside you or have your back in a public setting!!!!!!!!
Clarification leads to a mutual understanding. Justification tends to have the message that I am right and you are wrong. God knows the motive of mankind by knowing the heart.
Wow... I didn't expect anyone to agree with me. What do I do now?
open your eyes and know that you are not sleeping and know this just because they agree does not mean they will stand beside you or have your back in a public setting!!!!!!!!
Huh?? Arst thou speaking the same tongue as I? Or must I be lacking understanding?? Open thine eyes and seek redemption, for thou hast angered the ice giants of yore.
What bothers me is when religious people think that they need to tell everyone all about their beliefs, even when they are told that the recipient of their sermons don't want to hear it.
Your religion is your business AND your right, but you must realize that your religious beliefs are a product of the circumstances of your birth... you believe what your parents told you to believe... and not eveyone shares your belief. So, if someone says they don't want to hear about it, please don't try to force your beliefs on them. I'm sure if you opened the door to a Muslim, and they tried to read to you from the Kabbalah, you wouldn't have a problem with telling them you don't want to hear it.
"Do you mind if I say grace?"
"Only if you say it out loud."
I dont see anyone censoring your right to make stupid generalizations about a group of people you apparently have preconceived notions about. To state a persons belief system solely exists due their childhood enviroment and/or because they were told to believe is quite silly and simple minded.
Remember, fighting hate speech with free speech goes both ways.

Not sure where this started, but isn't one's right to believe in the God of their choice a democratic right our country was founded on? Best thing we ever did as a country. No one has a right to force their religion (not even my mother in law, ha-ha!), however we do have the right to believe what we want for ourselves.
