My sister and I have faxed, emailed and called Traveler to have them do an article the past two times we have done fundraisers for Childhood Cancer. The press releases and media releases have been sent to them on several occassions to have coverage done on these events. Not one word from anyone at the Traveler!
My daughter has had cancer since she was two. She is now 15. Her goal is to help find cures for all children with cancer. We hosted St. Baldrick's Day and now Alex's Lemonade Stand. There are many children in Ark City alone with childhood cancer that need our help. We need the communities help too!
We sent out press releases to every news station and newspaper. And Traveler is the only one who did not contact us back. How sad!!!!! Goes to show you that an accident on 77 and the band playing at the park is more important that our children who deserve a chance at a cancer free life!
Does anyone at the Traveler care about termianlly ill kids? Ooops, I forgot they arent missing or threatening schools with bombs!

The paper sent someone to the first event you told them about, no one was there... we never received any of the material you allegedly sent. only got nasty phone calls, nasty phone messages and nasty stuff posted on here .. ... other groups - relay for life - just to name one, get plenty of coverage wonder why that is :)
