I agree that something has to be done with our justice system. I myself was charged with Felony Theft in 2004 and served time in jail as a first offense and yet I had no prior criminal background. So why was this guy even walking the streets? Who did he pay off to get all these diversions and why do we even give diversions to someone with a criminal history at all?? Someone needs to be held accountable if not for the ArkCity community then for Jodi and her family who's life had to be at the expense of all of these mistakes. Im glad so many people are calling out whoever is to blame and i hope they will start taking thier jobs seriously now and doing something about these predators that walk the streets.
