Love how Cowley thinks. One story in Nov. 15th issue is how the administrators get a raise. A second story about how the Winfield teachers, the ones who mold our children's minds and DON'T sit behind a desk in a cushy office all day, aren't getting more money. NICE.
IF you had paid much attention to the articles they were from two different school districts. Winfield evidently does not appreciate their teachers as much as Ark City does if the pay scales are so different. I do believe the AC administrators were the last to receive a pay raise this year, teachers and staff got raises around the beginning of the school year.
