Sayng goodbye to a man like Curtis Freeland brings tears to my eyes, it has been a pleasure to know him and serve the community under his guidance, i have found him to be a fair man and very careing in his persuit of the betterment of our community, he treats everyone with respect and honestly cares about the people who work under him, I hope the new City manager can bear the burdon of working in a city like Arkansas city.
