2015 Christmas Update

 

Apparently the paper has stopped updating this site?

How ever we still can edit the posting.

We are located next door to the Fire Department at
408 East 5th Avenue

Walking through the Garden Area
allows seeing even more for children's eyes,
and leads to Santa's Favorite Spot!
A great place for a picture!
Photos are allowed....So bring your camera!

December  17   From 6pm to 8pm

December  21, 22 and 23  from 6pm to 8pm

December  24 which is  Christmas Eve  from 6pm to 8pm or later as needed?

Everyone is welcome to walk through the displays in the raised garden pathway which we hear leads to Santa's favorite place to sit. And a picture perfect place for that great photograph.

Rumor has it!  More is being added every day, and we hear a CHOIR MAY APPEAR again this year?

Last year we were blessed by 1 Guest Choirs

We invite any Choir to stop on down and sing?

Especially on the days Santa is live for the children.

This is an OPEN INVITATION
No prior appointment needed....Check the dates above! If your choir can make it it drop on down and have fun!

Santa Secrets: As we hear through the Grape Vine!

 Santa's favorite cookie is "Chocolate Chip"

 Santa's favorite hot drink is?
 "Hot Chocolate with 2 baby marshmellows"

Santa sleeps with his beard on top of the covers!

Santa washes his hair in fresh fallen snow! 

Lights are on from Dusk until around 9pm

As Christmas approaches the lights will be on dusk to dawn.

Letters to Santa!

Every year this worked perfectly, and was great

for the parents and for the children.

 

In front of the house at the curb is 

SANTA'S MAIL BOX

We suggest, allow the kids to write "Their own letters to Santa and make sure YOU DO NOT SEE NOR READ THEM...make that aspect strong! Make it clear to them you have not read nor seen the letter! That is the key to this fun idea.

Now! How will this all work?

1. Every letter to Santa will be responded to by a USA mail response targeted to arrive "AFTER CHRISTMAS" and before the end of the year. Sent to the one who wrote the letter to Santa, if you make sure an address is on the letter or the ENVELOPE.

2. If you as parent add a phone number ON THE BACK OF THEIR SECRET LETTER TO SANTA...We will call you and provide the items they have asked for: SO that (if possible) you can fill their requests on maybe one item or more. So Santa will aid you to know what is asked for that you very carefully made sure they know you have not seen nor read the letter to Santa. And so Santa can make reference to an "Exact Item" in Santa's Letter response.

If no phone number is on the back of the envelope the child still gets a personal letter from Santa and we will assume you know one of the items they really want for Christmas from Santa. But, we then cannot mention an "Exact Item"

3. We hope this adds back the "Mystery of Christmas" for children and even for all parents.

If, you would like to drop any donation into the Santa Mail Box to help us cover paper, copys,i nk and USA Mail Stamps and envelopes we would appreciate it, but all letters SHALL be responded to even without a donation to the cause.

cup_cross_bread_glowing_md_wht.gif?timestamp=1289827107812That was  our 2011 idea and we hope we have explained it so everyone understands how "NEAT" this simple idea did work to bolster Christmas and the "Mystery of Santa Claus".

2015 will also be fun!  It simply works!

We pray, many will discover this idea and have fun with the children when they OPEN that asked for gift from Santa Claus.
