I think it was a good idea to get the ok from the city for police to inspect the commerical trucks. Some have voted no and I cannot think why folks would not think it was a good thing.If one truck gets through and has people inside or anything that would cause danger to others and they find it then that is good for everyone . I suppose the driver may not like the stop if they have nothing to hide,but that happens. Thank you to the police and city authority.Sharon Drake
First trucks and then the common citizen. I'm glad the city commission repealed it. If the ACPD feels there is something to be suspicious about then they can obtain a search warrant.
