I am glad President Obama is talking to the school Children about getting an education. Perhaps hearing from the president will encourage our Children to finish high school and go on to college.
 I have 3 in my family that did not finish High School and are really struggling. They are good folks,but cannot get a decent job and  now regret not finishing high school. Course they can still finish,but now are working to keep food on the table for their Children.
 Our Son went to trade school and is doing well for his family.
  My Husband and I had no choice .We were expected to go to High School. Our parents would not have it any other way.
 So I don't understand why some people are so upset about the president's speech.Not all the Children have someone to encoutrage them,this may be the ones he can help. sunflower
