Opinion Poll

Not really sure where this belongs, and maybe I'm just crazy, but it seems like on most of the opinions polls there are answers which are contingent upon two separate ideas being true. No offense to whoever makes the polls, but if the idea is to gauge the opinion of the people you will utterly fail. Lets look at this weeks poll for example. If I believe that Obama will be a great selection because he will turn this country around, I have to either a) say he will be great, but then justify that by something I don't agree with or b) only give him a rating of good. I'm just thinking that a poll with selections like Great, Good, Fair, Poor and then a place to add comments would be more succesful/efficent?

End rant.
