I don't know why anyone would ask me.

As far as I know the only thing moderated around here is the newspaper.  I'm sure they have their reasons.  I can't understand myself, but then I have no experince in that industry.

I have my disagreements with them quite often.  General misunderstandings on the difference between facts and opinions.  But that is their right.  They own and operate the paper as they see fit with an eye towards selling papers and advertising.

As for the 7 day delay, James was on vacation.  I'm guessing nobody else thought to update it.  I'm sure James could tell us for certain.

And for the record, I like the free speech rants.  It bothers me greatly when some are far off from the facts, but hearing people's feelings makes it easier for me to understand what they want, what they don't want, and sometimes what they are afraid of.  I just wish more people would take the time to find out the facts rather than respond to gossip and rumor.  Then again, gossip and rumor is interesting too, as long as you know it for what it is.
