I would like to bring attention to those of you that don't have family in the military currently serving in the war, that would like to send packages to anyone in the military. There are those in the military that will not recieve cards/letters/packages from anyone at home that would love to hear from those of us at home that care about them. There is a website I have found that I am currently using that has contact people that has volenteered for their unit to recieve these cards/letters/packages and foward them on to those who get none or very little. You can pick what branch of the service you would like to send them too and pick what contacts you would like.

It was started by a soldier himself that had more than one tour of duty in Iraq and Afganistan and saw the need to get notice for some of his military associates. As he says on the site, you can't always count on hearing from these soldiers as you never know when or how they will be able to get back to you but he says no matter what they do appreciate anything you do for them when they are so far from home.
