I think the County Attorney and prosecuters goes after who they want to, especially if u have a name. After all when my daughter was a victim of crime, in our first meeting he made a point of letting us know how busy he was. What is that supposed to mean? That we are not as important as other certain cases? The prosecuter that was in charge of the case was not even in court for the sentencing! Well now that the case has been settled with a plea, that has convinced me all the more that I will never go through the justice system again and take care of things on my own! By the way, of any of u end up a victim, u should really think about hiring a lawyer for legal advice even if he or she can not actually represent a person in court.
