How about the new unifrom look? Don't you hink that when performing A formal public service that their dress should be formal. As it stands to have them come to formal event in what looks like the wal-mart uniform is way out of line. Just think what kind of respect our President would get showing up to the summit in slacks and a tee-shirt. If you want the job dress for the job and let the public know who you are and where you are, so when we ask for your help, at least we can ask even if you don't really know how to.
Callus, i think the ACPD's new uniforms are great. Here is a different point of view, I asked my teens what they think and they thought the police officers seemed more approachable and would be more willing to talk to them if ever needed. I would say I would have to agree with them. I also would think the standard black uniform they wear would be uncomfortable and hot as **** in the summer! I wonder if the police officers like the new uniforms?!
