Now we are finding out why the newspaper is late all the time. I don't get one and then call the office and no one is there to take the complaint. Guess we now know the the Traveler is a fault. You want me to buy a newpaper tube to put on the curb, why just to go out and see it empty. Come on now get the paper out.
The problem of not getting paid enough has been a problem for years! And its something that will never be changed! Why not go into lawn mowing....with all the rain most yards are in need of mowing!
$56.00? That IS rediculous. You should be clearing $56,000 anually, easy. After all, you're a player. You certainly have an impressive command of the English language, perhaps you should run for President.
I have a HUGE problem with the way the travler treats the boys and girls that deliver the paper 6/7 days a week.
Yes, i deliver papers. They are suppose to be out by 6:00 p.m. every night or 8:00 a.m. on saturday. Latley i have been getting my papers at 4:30 or 5:00. yeah i get them out on time, but here's the problem..I wait and wait for the papers to arrive at my house. I look out the door and there goes my paper person throwing papers. now why haven't i gotten mine? Maybe the driver was running late that day. But it happens EVERY day.
Another thing. We don't get paid enough! When i had two routes, 47 papers to deliver, how much do you think i should have gotten paid? I had gotten a check for $56.00. Yeah that may be a lot for someone, but delivering 47 papers everyday 6 days a week for a full month! come on! we should get paid the right amount for our work.
My, someone is listening/reading our posts. I am now getting the best service I have ever had in the 2 years I have lived here. Is it becasue of the owner or have the delivery girls and boys are listening/reading?
