Does anyone know if it's true that they were offering specials on long term memberships the week before shutting down, and now won't give refunds? I've heard this rumor on the street, but it doesn't sound like something Pat and Denise would do. Anyone have first hand knowledge?
I have gone by there several times and even gone as far as calling Fit Zone and the machine clearly stated that they were no longer in business. I really can't see Pat or Denise offereing a special like that KNOWING they were shutting it down. I really do hope someone re-opens it. I miss working out there.
When I wanted to renew my membership for 3 months I was not allowed to do it b/c they were shutting down. I'm sure they did not take anyone's money for a one year membership knowing this would happen. I HATE rumors......geez
I really am hoping that the rumors are wrong, and that they gave refunds to customers who had recently renewed. I will continue to think that is the case unless I hear different from a reliable source. I was hoping someone who read this would have first hand knowledge.
