I would personally like to see pictures of the jerks who went around ARK city causing so many havoc and upset. They had so much fun apparantly shooting out windows...and it makes me sick. They done their damage....leaving so many to wake up and be devastated.HOW does one who is not wealthy afford a new window or two? I think they should have to get a loan and pay each and EVERY person for what damage they caused. What punishment will they get? Few days in jail? WOOOHOOOOO.....it will cost some people a weeks pay or more....or take food from their mouths in order to fix windows. THIS makes me irrate. It just seems these things happen in town and you never hear any more about it.
It sounded to me, at the time, that the police did a good job rounding these vandals up and arresting them. It falls in the lap of our county prosecutors to see it through. Getting restitution from these guys may be difficult, however, I know that once they are convicted or make a plea deal, they will probably be put on probation and will stay on probation until they pay off the amount levied by the courts.
